Now on to Sam’s faves. She wrote:

I had a tough time choosing which was my favourite from the year. Oh so many new goodies to enjoy playing with, it was tough to narrow it down. I think I’m going with the Coffee Characters stamp set and this set of cards that I made.

First off, I think this is the perfect stamp set for soooo many coffee lovers out there; the images are so fun and sentiments match perfectly and work for so many occasions. Each of the stamp characters stands out on its own which is what gave me the inspiration for creating a set of coffee cards. Each card focuses on a different character. I love how fun and bright the cards turned out. I know we all have a friend who would love to get a set of coffee cards.

Tomorrow we have Day Five with Karen and Meghan!

Faves from the Year – Day Three

We are looking back at our YNS Faves from 2020. Over 6 days, the team is sharing their favorite creations or stamp/die sets from the year.

Noga Shefer and Julie Elak are sharing their faves today…

Noga wrote:

2020 was not an easy year. To feel a little better we need to put a smile on our faces even in this difficult time. The Pigs Can Fly stamp set always put a smile on my face and this is the reason that is my favorite! I hope that 2021 will be a great year and we can get back to our normal life.

I wish you all a very Happy New Year!

From Julie:

This year, one of my favorite sets was Tweet Spring Birds. With so much uncertainty in the world, I sent out many cards in hopes of spreading smiles. I found this to be the perfect set to create a card to just send a ‘hi’ or ‘pick me up’ to those near and far. It is so easy to create scenes with this set. I may not be the biggest fan of birds in real life, {flying birds have scary wings}, but the birds in this stamp set are full of whimsy and fun.

What will tomorrow bring with Sam and Laura’s faves?

Faves from the Year – Day Two

We are looking back at our YNS Faves from 2020. Over 6 days, the team is sharing their favorite creations or stamp/die sets from the year.

Today, Kulbir Kirkland is sharing her favorite cards from 2020.

From Kulbir:

I had such a hard time choosing YNS favourites for 2020. I went with 2 cards that I made multiples of.

The cheeky  monkey is just hilarious and always makes me smile. I made about 10 of these cards to send to some friends that needed a smile during this crazy year.

The other card I chose was the one made with the Coffee Characters set.  Being as I am a huge coffee lover, this stamp is at the top of my list of faves. All the characters are just so so cute.
